The body shop, Clinique and day off

Just browsed Clinique's website for store events awhile ago. Thought of buying a jar of moisturizer since I ran out for a month now. I waited for the bonus season before purchasing one but my skin couldn't wait no more. It thirsts for cleansing and pampering. So last week, I went to The Body Shop at the Mall of Louisiana. Bought me a set of regimen for $30 only with soap, cleanser and moisturizer included. I opted the set since I could save more than buying eaches. So far, so good. My skin feels so clean and refresh every after use. No more dry, icky skin for me. Well, The Body shop is the lil one's shop as well. She is also gets to shop her own body soaps. So nice of the customer assistance because they always give her a bag of her own everytime we shop. Of course, she gets not just one but more than that. I don't mind though because her skin finds The Body shop soaps only. I am today and tomorrow. If sleepy head won't hit me this early, I might bring her to th

Apartment searching made easy!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of for SocialSpark . All opinions are 100% mine. We can not always get what we want.  Most of the time, something is lacking or missing that hinders us or halts us back to come up with a decision. But then, a compromise has to be chosen for the goodness of the others involved. Just like finding a place to settle down. We have our set of requirements on what we want for a house or apartment. Most likely, not  everything in the wishlist is featured in a single place, rather, one house has a certain feature that we liked most whilst the other don't have. So,  the place that carries the majority  wins.  Now if I were to choose a place, I want it to be nearby my workplace and or closer to a school. My darling kid is gonna be in kindergarten come school year. It's her first time in school and I want to be as nearer as possible that I can just hop in my car straight to school in just click. I

Her 4th trip to Brec's Baton Rouge Zoo

A rotating globe fountain awaits guests few meters away from the main entrance. The lil one was talking to one of the many tigers in the zoo.  One of the biggest fish aquariums in the zoo.  @ the zoo's playground.  The best amongst the activities in the zoo, the train ride.  Had trouble with the lil one when the train stopped.  She didn't want to go home yet and just wanna have a ride again. Taking picture before the train ride. Fell asleep on the way home. Exhausted she is!

For the love of makeup

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of BH Cosmetics . All opinions are 100% mine. I love wearing makeup that leaves a powerful effect  on both me and the appreciative men. I like it when the palettes blend so perfectly on my skin color. There are makeups in the market that instead of making you look beautiful or enhancing your beauty, it makes you look like you are attending a costume party. Overpowering foundation that doesn't blends on the skin and can easily be washed-off with tears, not good if you are attending a wedding or any party with crying moments. I have had a couple of experience in the past and one was on my wedding day. The foundation that was applied on me by a friend had me looked like a ghost in a white wedding dress. That was so embarrassing! Til now, I hate to look at my wedding pictures, thus, I wanna be wed again for the second time to the same man to fix the problem, and of course, have our vows blessed by the Catholic Church. An online pal o

Watery Wednesday : Territory

Watery Wednesday  entry number 2. Alligators' man-made habitat in Brec's Baton Rouge Zoo. The territory of two (?) alligators. This one is huge in size and is fenced in.  Just a trivia! Did you know that the zoo is open all-year-round beside Christmas New Year and Thanksgiving? Gotta love the zoo for for that!. Kudos to the people behind it.
