Beat the heat!

How would you deal with 100-105F heat index? I bet you would rather stay in a cooler place than do yardwork  or soak yourself in the waters to cool down. I can not blame my friends who drove from states to states just to beat the heat here in Louisina. Kinda disappointed as I wasn't with them when they made the trip because  I was in the midst of practice driving in preparation for my driver's license application. Now I am ready to take the test and tomorrow  marks the day of giving it a first try. When these things are over with, summer fun for me and the family shall start effectively!

Meanwhile, I am thinking of the summer events in Branson, Missouri. I believe Branson  have so much going on for everybody regardless of age. Some are just  the following activities:
  • Branson Z Fest
  • National Kid’s Fest
  • Stage One National Dance Finals
  • Performances by Travis Tritt and Tanya Tucker
  • Father’s Day Bass Pro Boat Show
  • Series of amazing concerts conveniently located on the Branson Landing including shows from 65 South, Colgate Country Showdown with KHOZ 102.9, EXILE, The Nashvegas All Stars, and the Liz Moriondo Band!
Definitely, this is the vacation that I am looking forward to have because the lil one will be involved. Besides partying in the events I mentioned above, there are so many things to enjoy in Branson, Missouri. Staying in either one of the two most famous hotels in the electrifying entertainment capital of the Midwest, the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel and Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, is itself beating the summer heat. Added to that are the following attractions that for sure will amaze the lil one :
  • Butterfly Palace and Rainforest Adventure
  • Dinosaur Museum
  • World's Largest Toy Museum
  • Dogwood Canyon Park Activities
Oh man, there are just too many reasons  why Branson, Missouri is worth a visit. Once I get there, photos will be shared right here in this blog.

Ranks, money, trip and more

Been waiting for SS to update my ranks for quite a while now. I already sent a ticket few weeks ago. Customer love said it's gonna take a week for my account to be updated. So alright, it's been almost three weeks and still have the same status -- NOT RANKED! I wonder what's with SS lately why it's taking a century to respond? I am just in a hurry to earn. THe more money I make, the more amount to spend in the Philippines. The trip is forthcoming. Two more months and I'm in the plane with hubby and the 'lil lady. Hubby doesn't have that huge budget for the trip. Just imagine how much it cost if three people are traveling. Well I guess it's better to say two adults with a 19 mos. old infant. To sum the tickets plus taxes, hubby paid around $2600. Too bad coz after a week, I saw a cheaper price online. He could have saved $300 if he waited. Hubby's new hobby

This is one of hubby's output last night. He's been playing with photos, customizing 'em into different scenarios and themes. The backgrounds are available, he just pasted a photo or two then customized it to his desired location and all to fit into the space. I forgot the website, though. Being a computer buff and watching sports on TV are hubby's tiny flaws, minor flaws that ain't causing a fire between us. When he's not working or doing yard work, his butt is stuck on his computer chair, browsing websites that sell knives. So now that he's into this fun photo customization, it doesn't affect me. It is better this way than spend his time in night bars and drink and smoke. Back to the picture, that's exactly the role of the 'lil one. Ain't no telling but she is the boss.
